Right now, you can buy a headset for as little as $40, but most people want ones that cost around $400. There’s no question that VR games are more fun to play. AR is great for immersion because a computer-made image is put on top of what the user sees in the real world.
At the moment, the headsets are quite big, and the Virtuverse must be enhanced so that users can stay safe. The market will likely go through the roof when these improvements are made. Even though new technologies come out every few months, it will probably be a few years before most people use them.
